How do I choose my size?
Most styles run true to size. Hoodies have an oversized relaxed fit — stay on your usual size. Tees have a fitted athletic cut — if you're between two sizes, go smaller for tees, larger for hoodies. Check the size guide above the "Add to cart" button for exact measurements.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from France. France: 2–4 working days. Europe: 5–7 working days. You receive a tracking email at dispatch. Free shipping on all orders over €50.
What is the return policy?
14 days to return or exchange any non-personalised order. Email hello@hybriddept.com to start the process. We'll handle the rest quickly.
Is payment secure?
Yes — 100% secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna (pay in 3 interest-free instalments). All transactions are encrypted via Stripe.
Is HybridDept an official HYROX brand?
No — HybridDept is an independent brand, not officially affiliated with HYROX GmbH. Our apparel is designed by finishers for finishers, inspired by the race experience. We are not an official HYROX product.
Are these limited edition pieces?
Yes. Every city finisher drop is produced in a single run of 50 to 200 units. Once a product sells out, it is permanently retired — never reprinted. The archive exists; restocks don't.
